I absolutely love the paper I used for this project. It's a BoBunny paper called Zip-a-dee-doodle. It was fun and vibrant, and even came with an awesome set of stickers that I am including in the class.
The class will be January 11th at 10:30-1:30. It will cost $35, and all materials you see will be included. You will need to bring scissors, a hole punch, glue (I like to use the ZIG 2-way glue pens and a liquid tacky glue), a ruler, and a paper cutter. With all the prep involved with this class, I will be letting the students cut out the calendar pages and month labels themselves. A paper cutter with a sliding blade is the easiest to use, but scissors will work just as well. All the pages are easy to cut and pre-sized to the correct measurements.
Each month gets its own 2 page spread, a calendar page, and a pocket to hold photos or birthday cards throughout the year. I made a few pull-out tags in some of the months as well.
The month labels I drew by hand to match the paper, and I will be putting a digital copy of those to purchase shortly on my Etsy store. That way those of you who cannot attend the class, or attend and just want to make another book, can use the one-of-a-kind labels for your own projects.
